Airport Operations
Control Centre Delivery

With massive growth projections, Dubai Airports aims to work more closely than ever with its Airline, Handler, and Control Authority partners towards more integrated planning, both, before and on the day of operation.
The facility which these processes are carried out within is called the Airport Operations Control Centre (AOCC). This comprises a planning centre, a control room and an emergency operations centre (EOC) for crises management.
The infrastructure within the AOCC is intended to be highly resilient, and will host the latest technologies such as videowalls and integrated communication platforms across the full range of airport and Dubai Government authorities.
Olio consultants have led the AOCC initiative for Dubai Airports from concept to construction, including the provision of project management office functions, process mapping, technology and activation services.

Our new AOCC will be a symbol of our drive for a truly integrated approach to airport management and Olio has been key in helping us with this. With highly resilient infrastructure, communications and access to the full suite of airports systems and tools, we and our partners will continue to improve the customer experience for our passengers.
