Corporate Services Change Programme

Olio provided Programme Management as well as People and Change Management expertise for the implementation stage of Dubai Airports’ ‘Corporate Services Enablement Programme’ (CSEP).
The change programme (CSEP) was aimed at supporting frontline business units by introducing new more efficient ways of working behind the scenes in Procurement and Finance. CSEP transformed the finance and supply chain business units, through deployment of best practice processes, Alongside modern technology, and all supported by capable and motivated people.
The Olio team worked seamlessly with Dubai Airports’ Human Resources Development (HRD) team to implement new organisation structures that enable people to excel in their new roles, as well as develop and progress their careers. Over a 6 month timeframe the People element of the Change Programme assessed more than 300 staff and filled 150 new positions.

Olio understood our needs quickly and provided a really flexible and practical approach. They provided us dedicated and professional ‘resources on demand’ which allowed us to accelerate the change programme and complete the transformation faster than anticipated.
