Corporate Strategy Refresh

In early 2016, Oman Airports Management Company developed a 5 year corporate strategy centred around its airports being recognised as “Top 20 in 2020” and showcasing itself as the gateway to Oman. A key challenge faced in the rollout of that strategy was making that vision accessible to all levels of its business and communicating its progress in meaningful ways.
Olio was able to help OAMC’s senior leadership workshop that vision, making clear corporate objectives and commonly understanding the ways they would communicate success and its evidence between now and the future.

Olio were able to help us bring together over 100 of our leaders, and help us make sense of what is important to us. They did this in a flexible and practical way for us to work with from now and well into the future.
