Olio developed for Dubai Airports a 180 page DXB Plan of Operations book that now helps the organisation commonly understand how the operation and capacity at the worlds largest international airport could be impacted by its actions, procedures and strategy through 2025.
Central to this was Olio’s development of an innovative and tailored common operational language of “Levels of Service” across all operational touch points.

Having a common way of explaining our operation across so many touchpoints, and across all our stakeholders, sets us up to take advantage of so many aspects of our short and long term plans.
