New Ways of Working –
Operational Process Improvements

We designed a new operational model for Dubai Airports’ front line teams to enable more effective ways of working. A new team structure and communications framework have been introduced to give clear process improvements and improved information flow and operational monitoring.
New ways of working, and critical behaviours for success, have been introduced by Dubai Airports with Olio’s help.
These have been introduced to several departments within DXB Terminal Operations, and are being used to promote proactive working practices.
This work has been key in helping to identify potential issues ahead of time, and to act collaboratively to deliver a great airport service to internal and external customers alike.

Olio have worked in very close collaboration with our Terminal Operations teams at DXB to develop and implement improved ways of working. Their approach to rolling out structured processes and communications has been invaluable to us being able to directly improve our passengers’ experience at DXB despite our enormous growth.
